Industry Nights have been a part of the Humo Negro experience since we opened back in 2021.
In the beginning it was a chance for cooks, waiters, and barman to get together on the rare night off. Overtime it changed into an opportunity for us to host chefs from all across the world.
Each month we invite you to join us for a special dinner with an elite chef - from The World's 50 Best Restaurants to Michilin Star holders to icons in the industry.
